Who is the programme for?
ENO Breathe is currently only available for patients who have been medically assessed by a participating post-COVID clinic or referral centre in England.
If you have been referred to ENO Breathe by your post-COVID service but aren’t sure if the programme is right for you, come along to one of our monthly online Q&A sessions where you can find out more about ENO Breathe before signing up. Put your questions or concerns to a member of our staff team and a past ENO Breathe participant.
These Q&A sessions are exclusively for patients who would like to ask questions before deciding to register on the programme.
If you are a medical professional with questions about ENO Breathe and how to refer into the programme, please email us at [email protected] so we can arrange a separate time to speak.
Please note that these are not ENO Breathe sessions, and do not contain any content from the programme.
Q&A drop in sessions usually take place on the last Monday of each month, at 5:30pm (except on Bank Holidays).
Upcoming dates:
Monday 25th November, 5:30pm
Monday 16th December, 5:30pm
If you have just missed one of these sessions, please do feel free to email us at [email protected] and we may be able to send you some information via email.

ENO Breathe has been specifically developed for people recovering from COVID-19, who are still suffering from breathlessness and its associated anxiety.
The programme is inclusive and open to all ethnicities, levels of spoken English, religious backgrounds and identities.
No prior experience or interest in singing is required to take part.
Participants need to be available for the six sessions and aged 18 or over.
There is no cost to take part in the programme.
ENO Breathe is currently only available for patients who have been medically assessed by a participating post-COVID clinic or referral centre in England.
- If you are a patient who had COVID-19 and are still suffering from breathlessness more than 8 weeks after your illness, please ask your GP to refer you to your local specialist post-COVID clinic. Once medically assessed by a post-COVID clinic, they can then refer you onto the programme. To view a list of all current participating post-COVID clinics and referral centres, click here.
- If you are a social prescribing link worker, your patient will need to have been medically assessed by their local post-COVID clinic to be referred.
- If you are a Healthcare professional and would like to be able to refer your patients onto the programme, please get in touch with [email protected] .
