English National Opera offer something different – world-class, accessible opera, available to everyone. This wouldn’t be possible without our talented Development Department, who fundraise towards all ENO activities, on stage and off. We are looking for a Philanthropy Co-ordinator to join the team.

From free opera tickets and staff recognition schemes to the chance to work in London’s iconic Coliseum, being part of our friendly and ambitious Development Department is a fun, varied job where the whole team provide support and encouragement toward meeting and exceeding fundraising targets. As Philanthropy Co-ordinator you’ll take real pride in delivering a tailored and impeccable service as the central point of contact for all ENO Patrons, prospects and stakeholders and play a key part in the smooth running of the Development Department. It’s a varied and dynamic job, and a great opportunity for anyone in the early stages of their arts fundraising career.

We’re looking for people passionate about the work of the ENO, who are highly organised with the ability to offer a superb level of customer service to all our ENO supporters. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Further details and how to apply can be found in the Recruitment Pack

If you wish to apply, please complete Part 1 and Part 2 of the application form and the Equality and Diversity Monitoring Form and return as separate attachments to [email protected] by 6pm on Monday 16th January 2023

This appointment will be made on merit, but we believe that diversity strengthens and enriches us, and that it is the responsibility of everyone at ENO to make the arts and cultural sector a more diverse and equal place.

As ethnically diverse and disabled people are currently under-represented at ENO, we particularly encourage and welcome applications from under-represented people.
