Salary: £40,000.00 per annum
Holiday: 25 days + 8 Bank Holidays
Contract and Hours: Permanent, Full-Time, 5 Days per week (35 hours)
Location: London Coliseum & hybrid home-working (at least 2 days in the Coliseum)
Reporting to the Director of People, the purpose of the role is to ensure the ENO remains an employer of choice as we transition into our dual-base model, and that we have the right skills in the right place at the right time.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Team to shape our recruitment branding. They will build effective relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment process from advertisement to on-boarding collaborating with the wider People Team to ensure excellent candidate experience.
