Career Highlights
Dana is a former member of the ensemble at the Deutsche Oper Berlin, she made her European debut at the Deutsche Oper as Mistress Quickly, followed by her first Erda in two complete Ring Cycles conducted by Sir Simon Rattle and Donald Runnicles.
Notable engagements elsewhere: Erda Das Rheingold (Arizona Opera); Mistress Quickly Falstaff (Opera Colorado); Santuzza Cavalleria rusticana (New Orleans Opera), Les Troyens, A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Wozzeck (Grand Théâtre de Genève) and in Falstaff (Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe). In North America, she has sung Saint-Säens’s Dalila Samson et Dalila (Tulsa Opera), Adalgisa (Florida Grand Opera), Amneris (Arizona Opera), Foreign Princess Rusalka (Opera Colorado), Mère Marie and Santuzza (Edmonton Opera) and, most recently, Massenet’s Hérodiade (Washington Concert Opera).
