During his training Ripp worked with artists such as Paul Blackman and Christine Gouzelis, James Finnemore, Seke Chimutengwende and The Hiccup Project.

Since graduating Ripp has worked with dance artists and companies such as Barnaby Booth, Pell Ensemble and Luke Brown Dance as well as performance artist Murat Adash. Ripp works across the fields encompassing contemporary dance, physical theatre and site specific installation work.
