Nominations have been announced by Gavin Creel and Alexia McIntosh via Facebook Live for the 2020 Olivier Awards.

Martyn Brabbins and James Henshaw have been nominated for the Outstanding Achievement in Opera category for their conducting of The Mask of Orpheus in ENO’s Orpheus Series, as well as the Children’s Ensemble of Noye’s Fludde (with Theatre Royal Stratford East).

In the category of Best New Opera Production, both Hansel and Gretel (with Regent Park Open Air Theatre) and Noye’s Fludde (with Theatre Royal Stratford East) have been nominated.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony at the Royal Albert Hall on 5 April.
