We are delighted to welcome Giacomo Giusti, a fourth-generation winemaker from Pisa, Italy, for a Tuscan wine tasting, before a performance of the Elixir of Love, at the London Coliseum this November.

Giacomo Giusti’s father owns and operates the esteemed I Giusti & Zanza winery. Growing up in the family vineyard in Bolgheri, Tuscany, Giacomo developed a profound passion for winemaking. His scientific approach and appreciation for the unique geographical and soil conditions of their vineyards ensure the exceptional quality of their wines. Giacomo has travelled extensively, visiting numerous wineries to hone his craft.

Please join us for this opportunity to taste and discuss six of their outstanding Tuscan wines with canapé pairings by our in-house chef. Four of these wines were inspired by Donizetti’s The Elixir of Love, and Giacomo will tell us more.
